My creative block support sessions are based on the idea that a Universal Intelligence (UI) exists beyond what we can immediately perceive. This source energy that supports and inspires us exists to put our creative visions into perspective and transcend socialized limitations.

Creativity is the source of all innovation and removing perceived obstacles advances humanity and the UI. Finding your purpose through creative exploration is no longer about you. It’s about intentionally recognizing your human life as a gift. As soon as this way of thinking is internalized, the pressure to succeed is lifted.

Through introspective writing and discussions, we will name your limiting beliefs about your creative output and get to the bottom of why you believe them. From there we will cultivate a sense of compassion for these beliefs and reframe them for your benefit.
